SELLING LOVE

Will customers bother? That’s the question most retailers will be asking in the run up to Valentine’s Day. A flash poll conducted by D&I Consulting between February 2 to February 7 found the top reasons consumers chose not to celebrate Valentine’s Day. That it over-commercialized, that they didn’t have anyone to celebrate with or simply did not have the funds for it.

However 53% of customers will be celebrating this year and this report shares how they plan to go about it. And there will be lots of last minute buyers too because 28% of customers are still undecided.
